Dr. Glenn Lipton, MD serves as Medical Director at Metro Laser, where he oversees clinical protocols and ensures the highest standards of patient safety across all locations. With his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Lipton brings a physician-led approach to every treatment we offer. Under his direction, Metro Laser maintains state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based practices for CoolSculpting, laser treatments, and advanced skincare procedures. Dr. Lipton is committed to making safe, effective aesthetic treatments accessible to patients throughout the Philadelphia region.

Alexis received her esthetics license through Rizzieri Aveda School for Beauty and Wellness is 2008. In 2013 she discovered laser hair removal and completed her laser training with National Laser Institute and started at Metro very shortly after. Since being at Metro she has become coolsculpting cerified and master trained. Brow shaping is her favorite service to provide since thats what brought her into her esthetics journey. She loves connecting with people, helping them feel confident and letting their inner glow shine through! In her free time she loves spending time with her family, vacationing anywhere near water. She is a wife, a bulldog mama and new girl mom to her daughter Liliana.

Kristen completed the esthetics program and graduated from The Beauty Institute in 2017 with her esthetics license. The following year in 2018 she became a licensed medical esthetician and laser technician. Also in 2018 after starting at Metro she became Coolsculpting certified. Her favorite service to provide are photofacials and sun spot removal because of how transformative they are for the skin and how happy clients are with the results. Overall she loves helping her clients feel their absolute best with all of the services we provide. When she is not at work she enjoys reading, being a dog mom and all things spooky!

Allison recieved her cosmetology license in 2016 from North Montco Technical School and went on to earn her bachelors degree in business management with a concentration in Marketing from ESU in 2020. After graduating, she pursued and completed her laser certification from the Institute of Laser Medicine in 2021. One of her favorite services to provide is a combination treatment that includes a dermaplaning facial paired with laser skin tightening, aka The Red Carpet Facial. She loves being able to help her clients feel confident in their own skin and this treatment allows her to deliver amazing, noticeable results. In her free time she loves traveling with friends and family, playing soccer and trying new restuarants!

Gianna has been working at Metro since 2022 as a receptionist and in 2025 made the transistion to a technician after graduating from The Beauty Institute with her esthetics license and also received her laser certification from the Institute of Laser Medicine. Her favorite service are chemical peels. She loves peels because of the amazing benefits they provide like improving texture, lightening pigment and giving a glow to the skin. Outside of the office she loves traveling, cooking and shopping!

Regina graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1991 with a bachelor of Science in Nursing, she has been working at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for 34 years. She started working at Metro Laser in 2019 and became Coolsculpting certified. Her favorite service to provide would be Coolsculpting Elite because it is so rewarding when clients come in for their 12 week after photos and loves seeing their big smiles of satisfaction after treatment. Outside of nursing and Metro she loves to travel, try new restaurants, feeding the homeless and encouraging people!

Julianna graduated from Bucks County School of Beauty Culture in October 2021, shortly after in January of 2023 she received her laser ceritfication from the Institute of Laser Medicine. Her favorite service to provide is laser skin tightening because it is a versatile treatment that can be serviced on any skin type and leaves you looking instantly plump and glowing! When shes away from servicing her clients she enjoys finding new recipes to cook or bake at home for family and friends, adventuring to new parks with her fur son and enjoying a cozy night in with her husband!
