Dr. Glenn Lipton, MD serves as Medical Director at Metro Laser, where he oversees clinical protocols and ensures the highest standards of patient safety across all locations. With his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Lipton brings a physician-led approach to every treatment we offer. Under his direction, Metro Laser maintains state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based practices for CoolSculpting, laser treatments, and advanced skincare procedures. Dr. Lipton is committed to making safe, effective aesthetic treatments accessible to patients throughout the Philadelphia region.

Patty helped open Metro Laser Exton in May 2013 and became certified in laser hair removal at the Institute for Laser Medicine, along with being master trained in Coolsculpting. Her favorite service is Coolsculpting because of its transformative impact on clients’ lives. Patty is a proud mom of two daughters, engaged, and has two stepchildren and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys watching her kids’ sports, cooking, spending time with family, and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Cristina began working at Metro Laser Exton in November 2016 after attending the beauty institute in Ambler, PA, and completing her laser certification at the Institute for Laser Medicine. Her favorite service is laser hair removal, as she loves seeing clients happy with their results. Outside of work, Cristina is a wife, dog mom, and mother to two children, with her third on the way in July 2025.

Tracy began her career in esthetics in January 2021, starting as a receptionist and working her way up to become a laser technician and CoolSculpting specialist. She graduated from The Beauty Institute and earned certification from the Institute of Laser Medicine. Tracy enjoys building both professional and personal relationships with clients, helping them achieve their skincare, hair removal, and body contouring goals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, attending his baseball games, and watching the Phillies on weekends.

Haleigh graduated from the Dawn Institute in 2019, then worked five years as an esthetician. She expanded her skills at the Institute for Laser Medicine and joined Metro Laser in August 2024. Her favorite service is microneedling, though she always enjoys giving relaxing facials. Outside work, she loves spending time with family, including her four brothers and dog.

Allexi brings a friendly and professional presence to the client experience team. As a part-time Client Relations Associate, she supports front desk operations while pursuing her degree at West Chester University. Her attention to detail, communication skills, and dedication to excellent service make her a valued member of the Metro Laser team.

Mackenzie graduated from Chrome institute of Cosmetology in February 2025 as a licensed esthetician. She decided to continue her education at Institute of Laser Medicine. She began her career at Metro in client services, and has been excited to transition into her new role as an esthetician and laser technician. She loves giving her clients a relaxing facial and watching them leave Metro with glowing skin! When she is not in the treatment room, you will likely find her enjoying the outdoors with her fiance and their two golden retrievers.

Jordan began as a client before joining the Metro team in 2021 in client services. After graduating from the beauty institute and earning her laser certification from the Institute for Laser Medicine, she transitioned to a laser technician role. She loves giving Hydrafacials and seeing her clients glow. In her spare time, Jordan thrives as a new mom to her son, is a wife and dog mom, enjoys working out, cooking, and watching sports.
