Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel with appropriate notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in a $50 fee.
Refer a friend to Metro Laser and you will each receive a $50 credit that can be used toward full-price laser packages or touch-up treatments. Earn $50 for every friend you refer!
• You will receive your $50 credit when the friend you refer makes their first purchase.
• You can use multiple referral credits toward one purchase (ex: (2) $50 credits toward a $100 purchase)
• Referral credits cannot be used on already discounted treatments

Do purchased treatments ever expire?
No! When you purchase a treatment at Metro Laser, you can use it whenever you’d like! If you need a refund for unused treatments, you must request this within 90 days of purchase (see our Refund Policy below for more information).
Unused treatments are eligible for refund within 90 days of purchase. A partial refund can be issued for treatment packages, with the full price value of the used single treatments deducted from the overall purchase price.
Can I use my purchased treatments at any Metro Laser location?
Purchased treatments can only be used at the location at which they were purchased. We are unable to transfer purchases from location to location. If you prefer to visit multiple Metro Laser locations for your treatments, consider purchasing single treatments at the location you choose to visit at the time.
Can I split my purchase into multiple payments?
We’re happy to offer flexible payment options for our clients. Most purchases over $500 can be split into 2 or more* payments, but the entirety of the purchase amount must be paid in full before receiving all treatments included in purchase. If you are interested in flexible payment options, please discuss with a Metro Laser team member to find the best option for you.
